What Actually Makes Us Different
We Believe Everyone Deserves A Fresh Start And The Independence To Own It
Open to Participants Many Providers Overlook
Some NDIS providers hesitate to take on participants who are transitioning from the justice system or a rehabilitation program. We don't. We welcome participants across a wide range of circumstances, alongside general Supported Independent Living and disability support participants.
Adelaide-Wide Support, Delivered Locally
We support NDIS participants across Adelaide, matched with a support worker suited to your area rather than whoever's next on a citywide roster. Our current Supported Independent Living vacancies are in Modbury and Para Vista specifically, that's a vacancy detail, not a limit on where we work.
Support Levels Matched to Your Needs
From a few hours a week to round-the-clock support, we work out the right level with you rather than fitting you into a fixed package.
Registered and Accountable
We're registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and operate under the NDIS Code of Conduct, which means there's a formal process if something isn't working, not just a phone call that goes nowhere.

Who We Support
Golden Horizon Services supports NDIS participants across Adelaide. Whether you're self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed, all are accepted.
If you're not sure which type of support above fits what you need, that's a completely normal question to bring to a call, not something you need to work out first.
What You Actually Get With Golden Horizon
Being newer doesn't mean being untested. It means you're not another file in a roster built for somebody else. Here's what that actually looks like:
Straightforward From the Start
- No sales pitch, no jargon, just a plain conversation about what you actually need and whether we're the right fit.
A Person Picks Up, Not a Queue
- Call and reach someone who actually knows your situation. No call centre, no account number, no being passed around.
Support That Meets You Where You Are
- Across Adelaide, not one postcode, and not a head-office assumption about your suburb.
Registered and Genuinely Accountable
- NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission registered, operating under the NDIS Code of Conduct, so there's a real process if something isn't working.
Why We Started Golden Horizon Services
Most disability support gets built around the provider's roster, not the participant's life. Some providers also hesitate to take on participants starting over after a hospital stay, a rehabilitation program, or time in the justice system, once they see the complication in someone's file. We don't think that should decide whether someone gets quality support. We welcome those participants alongside everyone else we support.
We're a registered NDIS provider covering Personal Activities, Daily Tasks and Shared Living, Development of Life Skills, Supported Independent Living, Community Participation, Household Tasks, and Travel and Transport Assistance across Adelaide.
Talk to Us Before You Decide Anything
You don't need a signed plan or a support coordinator's referral to call and ask questions. Ring, ask what you actually want to know, and decide from there.
